1. Necessary cookies and storage
These are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. They include your login session, CSRF protection, and short-lived authentication tokens stored in your browser.
2. Analytics cookies and identifiers
When you visit a tenant's public site and opt in to analytics, we may store a pseudonymous visitor identifier (and related engagement state) in your browser — documented as wb_visitor_key / wb_session_key in our data inventory — to measure article and product engagement (views, likes, reading progress). These identifiers are not linked to your name or email unless you are logged in. Without analytics consent, we do not create these identifiers and do not record anonymous analytics events.
3. Cookie preferences
Cookie and analytics choices are stored per website (tenant). Choosing Necessary only on one site does not apply to another. On each tenant site, a first-visit banner asks for your choice; you can change it later from Cookie preferences in that site's footer, or below when you open this page with that site in context (?tenant= or the site's own domain).
4. Third-party cookies
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics). Payment processing (Stripe) and sign-in providers (Google, GitHub) may set their own cookies when you use those features directly on their domains.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from staying signed in or completing checkout.
