1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating a Webbild account or using the Webbild platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts and registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating a Webbild account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to register an account.
3. Sites, content, and acceptable use
As a tenant owner, you are the controller for content, products, and personal data you publish or collect through your site (visitors and customers), including compliance with applicable law. Webbild acts as processor for that tenant-hosted data under our Data Processing Agreement. You may not use Webbild to process special-category personal data (health, biometric, or similar sensitive data) or to publish unlawful content.
4. Orders and payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Webbild does not store full card numbers or card verification codes. Order and shipping information you collect from your customers is retained for accounting and legal purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination and account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time from your profile settings. Site and tenant data are subject to a grace period before permanent removal, as described in our data retention practices. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law. Webbild is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date, and where required, by asking you to re-accept the updated Terms.
